Closer Mode provides AI-powered call scoring and analysis tools for sales teams. Our platform integrates with call recording services and uses artificial intelligence to evaluate sales conversations.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

API Keys and Third-Party Services

Closer Mode operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

Closer Mode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
