What’s the difference between Insights, Roleplay, and AI Voice?
Call Insights analyzes your team’s real calls — transcription, AI scoring, coaching insights. Roleplay gives reps AI voice avatars to practice against between calls. AI Voice is a live voice agent that answers inbound calls your team misses. Each tier adds the next pillar on top of the previous.
What are shared minutes?
Shared minutes are a team-wide pool for call scoring. Every call scored by any user on your account draws from the same pool. If your team exceeds the plan limit, overage is billed per-minute at your plan rate.
Are users really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. You only pay for the minutes your team uses. Add as many reps, managers, and coaches as you need.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Call Insights to Insights + Roleplay, or go straight to Insights + Roleplay + Voice at any time. Your billing adjusts automatically and you’ll be credited for remaining time on your current plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months.
