Where do the benchmark numbers come from?+

The coaching uplift (10%) is a conservative version of industry research that typically puts it at 15–20%. The cold-lead penalty (40% of unanswered calls never reconvert, costing roughly 2× the original CPL to re-engage) comes from published response-time studies. We deliberately pick the conservative end of each range so the numbers are defensible, not scary.

Is this just for wholesale real estate?+
